Product Description

The transformer calibration set is an important equipment for the error verification of current transformers. This device consists of a voltage regulator, a transformer load box, a standard transformer, and a transformer calibration instrument, serving as the basis for the error verification work of transformers.

The following equipment must be provided according to actual requirements: voltage regulators, load boxes for current transformers, standard current transformers, and current transformer calibration instruments.

The Transformer Calibration Device is a next-generation automatic testing platform for voltage regulators developed by our company. Utilizing cutting-edge virtual instrument design principles, users can perform fully automated testing of current transformers and voltage transformers through computer interfaces using mouse and keyboard operations. The system enables comprehensive analysis, data processing, and database management of test results, with customizable printing of test reports and certification documents tailored to user requirements. This equipment serves as an ideal solution for transformer calibration in power systems and related industries. Compared to domestic calibration platforms, its key features include: 1. True virtual instrument architecture with fully automated control – users simply input parameters such as transformer type, measurement range, accuracy class, capacity, and power factor via computer interfaces to complete the entire workflow from measurement to certificate generation.
2. Powered by a variable frequency source, it achieves precise, rapid, and stable positioning, completely resolving the 1% positioning challenge for S-class current transformers.
3. The voltage and current load box automatically switches gear positions through programmed control, eliminating the need for manual calculations or gear shifts to prevent incorrect gear selection.
4. Equipped with comprehensive alarm and overcurrent protection functions.
5. The included transformer calibration instrument features a built-in touch screen, greatly facilitating debugging, verification, and field operations.
